To my son James McMaha n I give and bequeath the sum of twelf (two?) hundred dollars. To my d aughters Jane Murray I give and bequeath the sum of twenty four dollar s and to my daughter-in-law Mary Ann the widow of son Thomas McMahan , I give and bequeath the sum of one dollar. Each and every of the afo resaid bequeaths (?) to be paid to the said (?) in six equal annual in stallments to commence (?) months after my decease, saving only the be quest to my daughter in law above mentioned which is to paid to her wh enever she shall demand the same. All the residue of my Estate both re al and personal I give and devise unto my son Samuel McMahan hereby co nstituting and appointing hims the said Samuel McMahan to sole executo r of this my last will and testament...
