    Son, Harry's death certificate gives mother's place of birth as Kentucky but that is his stepmother's. Anna's parents names are correct as they are buried in the same section/plot as Anna and husband Fred.

    Date of birth from his headstone. Weisen is the closest I've found to the town name found on his marriage record. It was part of Prussia in 1850. Jacob also says his father was from Saxony which is the same general area.

    Cause of death: pyemia (blood poisoning (septicemia) caused by the spread in the bloodstream of pus-forming bacteria released from an abscess.)
